About this apartment rental
Be a privileged Parisian in this high standard 70m2 apartment of rare quality.
Indeed, this apartment is exceptional:
• A wonderful view over Paris from the 5th Floor
• An upmost location central in Montmartre Village facing Avenue Junot, 2mn from Sacre-Coeur and Subway
• An elevator, so rare in Paris.
Additionally, the decoration of the apartment is tasteful and rich. Furniture is of rare quality.
One enters in the apartment in a large entrance. Facing are 2 different rooms : the living room and the dining room with open kitchen. On the left a small corridor that leads to bedroom, toilets and bathroom.
Living room is incredible. The view is striking: 4 full height windows dominate Paris.
It is well furnished with art deco armchairs and tables, and a brand new convertible sofa that sleeps 2. A desk may be used if needed. A chimney with a large mirror contributes to the charm.
The dining room is next to the living room. It is very large. It includes a modern open kitchen fully equipped. The dining table is oval and large (seats up to 8), made of a unique resin material. A piece of art “art deco” bar separates the table from the kitchen. Again to full height double windows with view over paris and the square Marcel Aymé where the famous “Passe Muraille” statue from Jean Cocteau is located (see photo).
The bedroom offers a large double window with view over Paris as well as a chimney. A large closet is available for cloth. The large flat TV screen is located in the bedroom.
At the end of the corridor lies the bathroom with bath with shower. 2 smaller windows give it a bright light. Toilets are separate (but in the apartment).
This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.

We love this apartment. The view is amazing! We just completed our second stay here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit Paris. We had thisiansnt to speak with. We felt like real Parisians. Checking in is a little tricky, but if you follow the instructions, you won't have any problems.

This is a beautiful apartment with incredible views and an interesting history. Communication with Jean-Nicolas and Jean-Noel, the property managers, was smooth and pleasant. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. We hope to be back in the future.

Absolutely lovely location, the host was very thorough and polite. The flat is in an excellent location, clean and spacious. The host was easy to contact, polite and provided clear communication. I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to experience living in Paris with a beautiful view.

The location of the apartment was wonderful BUT it needed a lot of work-cutlery was dirty and broken, fridge door was broken, the shower was broken and my husband fixed it himself. The bath would not drain properly. There were no plates just saucers! There had been a leak in the kitchen and the ceiling was water stained. Trying to get the key was a challenge after a long travel day. The apartment was choc full of personal items so no room to unpack properly. Overall not what we expected. Apart from the location I give it a failing grade.
