About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home at our typically Parisian apartment on rue Caulaincourt, one of the loveliest, tree-lined streets in Montmartre.
This spacious 3-bedroom apartment (100 square meters - 1076 square feet) is perfectly suited for families and groups, with three separate bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower/bath combo, and a separate WC (toilet room). Two large bedrooms have queen-sized beds and built-in custom closets, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a large armoire. All bedrooms are located off a hallway and insure privacy and comfort for all guests.
The living room area is huge, with a large dining table and buffet one one side and a comfortable salon area for relaxing. Street views from the windows are perfectly Parisian - pull up a chair and watch the world go by!
Bathroom includes combination tub/shower, vanity area & storage; basic toiletries provided. WC (toilet room) is separate and next to the main bathroom in the apartment. Both the WC (toilet room) and main bathroom are located off the central hallway in the apartment so all bedrooms can easily access the bathroom without disturbing anyone.
If you need to work, no worries! You'll be connected with WiFi Internet access and also have free calls to landlines in most countries from the apartment telephone including the US, Canada and Australia.
The architecture along rue Caulaincourt is irresistible, as are its boutiques, bistros and bakeries! The supermarket is just next door, too! We hope you'll find all you need for a welcoming and comfortable stay to Paris, while immersing yourself in the history of this delightful neighborhood. Your metro station is Lamarck-Caulaincourt on the 12 metro line and is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

We are a family of 5 who stayed in Paris for almost one week and we loved this apartment for its location and spaciousness. It is on a happening street in Montmartre (but not touristy) and we were a close walk to everything we needed: boulangeries, supermarket, two metro stops, bus stop, restaurants etc. Check in was very smooth as Dior met us there and was extremely helpful. Beds are comfortable and even though we were there during a heat wave, the apartment stayed cool! Plus there were fans, laundry and the living and dining space were perfect for a large family to commune. The kitchen sink did not drain well but there is a dishwasher. Highly recommend Bistrot Baguette and the Italian restaurant downstairs from apartment. Also easy walk to Rue des Trois Freres restaurants and everything else. Highly recommend!

The apartment was as charming as the pictures redlected. We were greeted warmly and given the tour and recommendations of things to do. I would stay here again.

This property was fantastic. It was very much as described and in pictures. The communications from the host, manager and greeter were excellent, which is something I really appreciate. The location was great, with so many shops, restaurants and local gems nearby. We walked down to Opera area often to connect with the big bus, or we used Uber/cabs. We loved being able to walk around and explore Montmartre. There were three of us, so we each had our own room, and the apartment was very spacious. The kitchen might have seemed small if we were cooking big meals, but we weren't. It was well equipped for what we needed. There was only one small thing we would comment back, and that's just that the water temperature in the shower was extremely sensitive, so we went very quickly between really hot and really cold! But that is the ONLY constructive comment I would make. And it was something we could deal with. It certainly wouldn't stop me from renting this property again! We really really enjoyed our stay here..it made our girls trip to Paris a dream come true. Thank you for everything!!!!!

Overall and for the price it was a lovely place to stay. Yasmin, who met us at apartment was lovely and very helpful. The apartment is very dated and being on a busy street with a restaurant next door it is quite loud. Maybe most places are like this in Paris. The cafe next door is Amazing and there are two metro’s close by- about 10-15 min walk. Overall it was an wonderful trip.
