Beautiful apartment located in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to all things on Pearl St. My husband and daughter ran the Boulderthon Half marathon and our location couldn’t have been better. Easy jog to the race start and didn’t have to wake up too early on race day as the start was a quick 5 minute jog! Kitchen was well stocked.

We stayed here for 6 days and were delighted with how clean the property is, and how quiet the neighborhood is. The apartment comes equipped with everything you'll need to feel at home. It is a spacious, 3-bedroom, top-floor unit in a multi-unit owner-occupied house but it feels private with a separate entrance and effective soundproofing. Susan is accommodating and was able to work with us both in our arrival and departure times. She also respects the privacy of her guests - we knew she was around because she was really responsive, but it took us a little while to figure out that she was also on the property. We were very comfortable here and will happily return if we travel to Boulder again.
