About this house rental
This cozy New England beach home offers a comfortable retreat for 8 and is in close proximity to Scarborough Beach!
Just a short drive to many of Narragansett's favorite attractions, including The Coast Guard House, Iggy's, the Block Island Ferry, and many more! This is the perfect home for a fun and affordable stay!
Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!
The first floor is equipped with two of the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The spacious kitchen and living room area is perfect for friends or family gatherings. For those who prefer a relaxing night under the stars, the picnic table and deck just off the kitchen, is the perfect space to gather for a summer BBQ! The second floor is home to 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Around back you'll find a favorite of many guests, the outdoor shower. Make sure to wash that sand off before entering the home, please!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

We love this house! It's in the perfect place for walking to the beach! Enough bedrooms for my family and the deck is the best! The outdoor shower is pure perfection too! Hoping to keep visiting as long as the family can do it! Thank you!

Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the property worked great for us to enjoy the week with our son’s family and our grandchildren. The rooms were nice and dark and quiet and the air conditioning units were perfect. Nice walk to the beach or a quick walk to pizza.

Great vacation at this property!! Location is the best! Short walk to beach, central location makes it easy to get around! BEST outdoor shower…water pressure was unreal! Great deck for having dinner and spending time with family/friends! Could have been a little cleaner…but a quick wipe with some spray and paper towel and good to go! Would 100% rent this property again!!!

This house is comfortable and walking distance to Scarborough Beach, but it was not clean and the property manager didn’t care. Kitchen was especially dirty — dishwasher full of dishes with caked-on food, dried food all over stove, fridge was sticky, ice cube trays were moldy. Deck had an overflowing barrel of garbage in the recycling container that wasn’t picked up all week. Bath room rugs were filthy — looked like they hadn’t been washed all season. Too bad — it’s a good location, but it was gross. And I’m not a clean freak! Had to start our vacation by cleaning 😞
