This house has been extensively remodeled, and has an open floor plan, featuring a great kitchen, with granite countertops/stainless steel appliances. Comfortable living room, flat screen TV. Queen sized beds in 3 of the bedrooms, two twin sized beds in the kid's bedroom. Private backyard, great for summer living! Large deck, gas grill, outside shower. This house is fully stocked, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation near the beach!

Overall was very good with lots of space and outdoor deck and yard. We were very pleased with the accommodations very near to the beach. However, we were unaware that we were responsible for cleaning the home before we left. We thought that was the responsibility of the owner. Very pleased with the house.

Great family home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, especially with the help of the wagons provided! Well appointed kitchen with plenty of room to cook family dinners. Short drive to the Block Island Ferry for a fun day trip. The house was very clean with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and anything else we needed. We loved the outdoor shower! Thank you Kathleen!

Starting with great communication from Kathleen this is a was a perfect renting experience. Beautiful 4 bedroom house located minutes from Scarborough beach, Galilee, point Judith and Wakefield. House came fully equipped with all beach necessities (coolers, blanket, chairs, umbrellas, toys) also everything to have comfort inside. Outside is a nice size yard to play corn hole, frisbee etc. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Great house. It's bigger than it looks and comes fully stocked with yard games, beach stuff and much more. Don't miss this house. It's the best 1 we've had in years.
