Central A/C, Secluded, Lots of space, Close to beach; 2 wks left for Summer '27

This house was perfect for our stay in Narragansett. The location is fantastic - on a very quiet dead end road and only minutes from the beach. The yard is well kept and huge. The deck is awesome for enjoying a morning coffee. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and our dog. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has recently been updated and is really nice. The whole house is very comfortable and worked out perfectly for us. The host was exceptional throughout the entire process and answered questions quickly. We accidentally locked ourselves out early in our trip and he responded with help within minutes of contacting him. So glad we found this spot and highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the house is huge, clean and pet friendly. Dead end and very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was all new. AC everywhere and the owner Brendan was very responsive. We had zero issues and would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a large family. Thanks for everything.

Lots of space and location make this a great beach house stay. Could use some updating, but air conditioning in bedrooms, smart TV in living room, and ample space made it very comfortable for our family of 4. Musty in basement bedrooms (not good for daughter with asthma), but upstairs was fine. Outdoor shower was awesome. Sunroom was an awesome space, but ceiling fan needs to be fixed to make space useful on hot days. Brendan was very nice and responsive!! Recommend for large party/family looking to crash near the beach.
