About this house rental
Our sweet summer home located in the family friendly and quiet neighborhood of Briggs Farm that's perfect for relaxing, beach going and visiting Rhode Island's top tourist spots. The very center of numerous things to do and places to see.
Our four bedroom, 2 bathroom house..
A few minutes drive to 4 of the best beaches in the Ocean state: 3 min to Scarborough, 4 min to Roger Wheeler, 8 min to Narraganset Pier , and 3 min to Salty Brine. Each offers a different experience.

No boats, trailers or jet skis allowed on the property
Please respect the no linens provided policy: Bring your own linens, blankets, pillows, bath and beach towels or you can rent linens and beach equipment from Vacation House Linens Rentals. This is a local company that will deliver the items to the home. The renter is the responsible party for the pick up and delivery of the items.
Check in between 2pm-6pm Check out by 9:30am.
Saturday -Saturday 7 night weekly rental .
Signed rental agreement required.
**The home is ideally located within a few minutes drive to four! Yes four! Of the best beaches in the ocean state! 3min drive to Scarborough Beach, 4 minute drive to Roger Wheeler State Beach, 10 min drive to the Narragansett Town Beach and 3 min drive to Salty Brine State Beach. A four mile drive to Galilee/Point Judith where you can catch the ferry to Block Island.
Purchase lobsters and other seafood right at the docks in Pt. Judith-Galilee. A short ride to the famous Aunt Carries Restaurant and Iggy's Clam House that's known for their chowder and clam cakes.
Antiquities in Wickford.
River Fire and Brickley's ice cream in Wakefield.
Newport 24 miles away.
Convenient to stores, shopping, night life and the public golf course are only 5 minutes away.

Another 40" flat screen TV in the downstairs bonus room.
The very comfortable bed sizes are (3) Queens and (1) Full.
The new queen pull out sofa bed is located downstairs in the bonus room. All beds have new mattresses & mattress covers.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
Two newly renovated full bathrooms.
You have to bring your linens, blankets, pillows bath & beach towels. Linens can be rented from Vacation house linens.(A local rental company).
OUTDOORS: Hot/cold enclosed shower. Easy access from the kitchen to the huge tree lined back yard. The backyard has a picnic table and the patio has another seating area with furniture and umbrella. Large BBQ grill- Propane Provided.
PARKING:
Ample room for parking (4-6) cars in the driveway and on the gravel in front of the house.*** No boats/trailers or jet skis are allowed on the property*****
Enjoy nearby amusement rides, miniature golf, ice cream stores and great shopping. Diners, shops, seafood restaurants and nightlife. The balloon races in August on URI campus are 8 miles away.
Mystic CT. 20 mi. Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos are 30 mi. away.
Perfect location to relax and also to enjoy visiting tourist locations.

This home really worked well for our extended family—three generations including a 5 year-old and a toddler at 18 months. We spent lots of time at the two nearest state beaches, just minutes away. There was plenty of room for us all to gather in the evenings with the open plan kitchen and LR. The flat grassy backyard was perfect for the kids to blow off steam when we weren’t at the beaches and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Margaret, the host, was easily available for the couple of questions we had early on. The kitchen is well equipped, and with two bathrooms and the outdoor shower there was never any waiting. The A/C worked well when we needed it early in the week, and later we were delighted to just have windows open at night, easy to sleep in such a quiet neighborhood.
