About this house rental
Clean and immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, beautiful setting one block to ocean, Scarborough State beach! Floor plan is spacious on main level, with kitchen, dining and living all open to each other, with large deck off the kitchen/dining, with comfortable seating and grilling enjoying spectacular ocean views. Bedrooms on 2nd floor as well as a full bath stand up shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds with ocean views, and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle that creates two twins or 1 king. All bedrooms have their own television. Also provided, is a highchair, port-a-crib and wagon. This house is beautifully decorated, including linens, bath towel sets and beach towels!

We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. Plenty of beach chairs and carts/wagon/umbrellas. We had an issue with the umbrellas that were there being in disrepair and not functional. One note to Robin and they were promptly replaced with four brand new sturdy beach umbrellas. She even brought a new beach cart over when she noted that the existing one had seen better days. I can’t say enough about her prompt communication and obvious care that our stay should be pleasant and easy. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and made an excellent backdrop for a few impromptu family photos with the lovely hydrangeas. The real draw for this house is the location - a very short flat walk to the beach across the street and an easy drive to many nice restaurants.

This is a great house; we had family and friends come and go and the indoor space, outdoor deck and lawn was perfect! We also loved being walking distance to the beach.Robin, the property manager was very responsive and enabled us some flexibility with check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend considering this home for your next beach vacation!

The property manager was very responsive pre and during our stay, to any questions I had. The house was extremely clean (my #1 criteria). The location can’t be beat with a walk to the beach. The yard was great for kids to play and the deck was perfect to have a drink and look at the water. The beds took getting used to, but overall this house was perfect for our family of 3.
