For the discerning traveler, we are proud to present this magnificent property on Walcott Ave. Remodeled top to bottom in 2017, this special home offers luxurious spaces for you and your family or friends. Find yourself on one of the multiple decks enjoying a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a new book with the Atlantic Ocean greeting you.
In the morning, step out from the front door to take a 2-minute walk to Scarborough State Beach, with access from the roadside.
From the gourmet kitchen, to the carefully selected furniture & accents, to the ship-lap molding on the lower level, no detail was overlooked here. When you are not enjoying drinks or a novel on one of the multiple decks, sprawl out in the expansive family room. While you’re there, make sure to open the over sized sliding doors and listen to the ocean waves crashing.

All linens are professionally laundered after every reservation and replaced with freshly cleaned sets prior to your arrival. Beds will be made before check-in, and towels will be arranged for your use.
For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

10 Walcott was a perfect spot for our family vacation: clean, spacious, fully stocked with everything you might need away from home including beach towels and chairs and just steps from the quiet part of Scarborough beach. Amazing views of the ocean and refreshing pool for continuing fun after the beach. Nick and Karisa could not be more responsive and helpful with any questions or need. We highly recommend and will return. Thank s for everything, Nick, Karisa!!

Year two at this property did not disappoint. The house and proximity to the beach is a perfect fit for our family of 10 which includes four grandchildren age 5 and under. The installed child gates are much appreciated as well as the four bathrooms and the bedroom with two bunk beds which the kids loved. This year the weather cooperated and we were able to use the pool. We love the large open floor plan on the second floor including access to the large deck overlooking the ocean and pool and the new grill. The master bedroom is amazing.
We appreciated all the linens being provided and beds made upon arrival. The house is not lacking for any amenities. The circular driveway is very convenient.
Communication with Narragansett Properties before, during and after our stay was excellent and we hope to return again next year if the weeks align.
I don’t have much to say with regard to improvements other than the screens in the living room are hard to open and the window to the left of the tv has a broken hinge.

We had an incredible weekend at this amazing oceanfront home. Spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything our family could possibly need! The location is unbeatable and the views from the deck are absolutely spectacular. We can’t wait to return!!

Outstanding location. Decorated in the style that we would have done if it was our own home. Beach access in early September was great—relaxing and laid back beach vibes were just what we wanted to close out the summer. Master suite was spectacular. Kitchen was enviable. Pool was a wonderful amenity for the kids. Thank you for a lovely time.
