This newly renovated fully furnished home is walking proximity to Scarborough beach, tennis/pickle ball courts, restaurants, package store and so much more. It is also conveniently located near the Block Island ferry. The home offers new everything, central air, stainless steel appliances, laundry, and plenty of parking. The home offers a good size yard, patio with a grill, and outdoor shower. 5 beds can sleep 8 to 10 people.

Weekend reunion with friends from college. Great location (short quiet walk to the beach) and beautiful clean property! Would definitely go back!

The property was excellent, and the host was great.
The TV broke and Stephen had it replaced the same day,
even though I said it was not necessary. The property was very close to the beach. Many times we walked to the beach. I give the property and host both a 10.
