Waterfront condo, sleeps 6. Three bedrooms and 2 baths, full kitchen, and laundry room. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. On Spokane river with covered deck spectacular views in Coeur d' Alene. Within walking/ biking distance to downtown Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Attached garage, within 5 minutes of I-90, downtown Spokane 30 minutes away. Located in Bellerive/Riverstone community. There are restaurants, movie theatre, a spa, shopping, city park and the Centennial trail nearby.
Our Homeowners Association has a new rule that will no longer let our renters use the boat slip / dock. So unfortunately we cannot offer the boat slip for your use.
Great location, quiet and private, no pets, non-smoking
We do not open the schedule for summer months until January of that year.

Every year we come to CDA area for the 4th of July. This year we stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo on the river. The view is wonderful and the balcony is very nice with the fireplace. The beds were comfortable, the condo is stocked so nicely with things that others do not provide- body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and zip top storage bags. So many places we have stayed in the area provide nothing, and have to rush to the store to even be there for one night. This place was absolutely the cleanest! It is the first time I have not had to clean floors in a VRBO, other places get cleaned as soon as we notice our kids feet are so dirty after going barefoot inside. This place was spotless! We will stay here again in a minute and hope it’s available.

Wonderful place to vacation! Good kitchen with storage and essentials (and goodies as well :). Everything was well-stocked. Dining area was large enough for over 10 guests. GREAT view of the river - so many beautiful pics with different weather. Easy access to freeways, walking paths, and shopping. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in the area.

Bill and Debbie have done an amazing job, not only with how they furnished their lovely 3 Bedroom home, but in also providing every amenity a renter might need during their vacation stay. We appreciated all the extra's you provided for us in the kitchen, bedrooms and both bathrooms, as well as a clean and working BBQ on the deck overlooking the river. We felt at home during our entire stay and have you to thank for putting so much thought into what you wanted your renters experience to be. We would absolutely rent your home again. Perfect getaway

Rental process was smooth from the start and Debbie was quick to help us with any questions. Communication was excellent. Their home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! We had everything we could possibly need in each room. After our days enjoying CDA, we loved relaxing on the deck with a fire looking out at the river, then selecting a movie from their collection. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Debbie and Bill thought of everything to make our trip memorable. Thank you! We would love to return.

Had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable bed. The ONLY downside: when they say you can’t use the boat slip, it means you can’t hang out on the dock either. We plan on renting here again!

Loved this place! Gorgeous view of the river and all the comforts of home. Bike path to town was great and restaurants within walking distance. Only problems were 100 degree heat so balcony was too hot to hang out on.

The condo is gorgeous, there's a wonderful view in the morning and being that this condo is located in the riverstone development, there are quite a few activities and dining options within walking distance. This is definitely a spot we would rent again.

Best place we’ve stayed in Coeur D’Alene

This 3 bedroom second level condo over-looking the river was the best place we’ve rented in CDL. We come here at least once a year to visit our son and his family which includes his 3 and 7 year old girls. We cook almost all meals for the family so a well stocked kitchen is paramount. I brought my own knives (picky picky) but there were knives there, and we added some more oils and only 2 seasonings to the amazing array of supplies. Sometimes we end up with a long list of things to buy, little things like a box of bandaids just to get 1 for a booboo, but not here. We also found every possible small appliance we could have asked for. Truly amazing, but enough about the kitchen. The beds and bedding were all great. The bathroom well appointed with a wonderful soaking tub in the master big enough for two. (We left you some Eason salts :) ) The furnishings were great. Loved the beautiful farmers table for 10 and the placemats, chargers, centerpiece etc. We only used the living room gas fireplace, but you can be sure if we are there in warmer weather will be hanging out on that great little deck overlooking the river with the fireplace out there going. The best amenity however was the river view. Day in day out, its a moving picture. Saw a doe and her fawns picking their way along the shoreline the last day. Lovely. One thing was clear to us, this is more than just a rental property, it is someone’s loving home and it deserves to be respected as such. So if you are looking to hold a fraternity party or some big weekend bash, please look further, leave it for us. We’ll be looking to book this place from now on.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The location is fantastic. It’s a short stroll to restaurants and shops. Having the boat slip was so quick and easy to access the lake. The kichen is the best stocked kitchen we’ve seen in a rental. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by on the river. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at this beautiful, clean condo with amazing view. The owner and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The condo had everything and more. The pictures doesn't do justice, it was better than expected. Location is great, other than being on the water, great restaurants, movie theater and Starbucks all on walking distance. I can't imagine this place during the summer! We can't wait to come back during summer.

We had three couples and the space was great for a long weekend escape. Beautiful view from the porch. Only suggestion would be to have two more chairs for the porch, even if they were the folding canvas camping style chairs. Otherwise the place had everything you'd need and then some.

This lovely condo was not only beautiful, it was fully stocked with absolutely everything. Six of us stayed here, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this gorgeous condo. The balcony was used every morning to enjoy our coffee, and breakfast, and the kitchen was so spacious, and well stocked. Loved the view we had of the river! It was nicely situated for shopping, and dining, as well. Lecia was so very nice to work with. She was so helpful, and always available, for questions. The one and only complaint people had was that it would have been nice in the two smaller bedrooms, to have a night stand and lamp, and both sides of the bed. (One bedroom had one night stand, and the other had none.)

We loved your beautiful home! It was our first visit to CDA, and we fell in love! We loved the location! It was nice to be near restaurants, but not in the middle of town with all of the traffic! We loved the walking path, and just sitting out on the back deck watching the boats go by! The house was amazing! We felt like we were home! They have everything you need, or even think you might need! My husband loves to cook, and they had everything you needed! Loved it!!! Definitely want to come back!!!

Our 4-generational family just shared an amazing Thanksgiving weekend in an amazing Riverstone condo along the beautiful Spokane River. Located close enough for kids and grandkids to sleep in their own beds in Spokane Valley, while Grandparents and Great-Grandparents were nestled in this perfect condo. The Riverstone village has all the amenities and the condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated to host our gathering and create special memories. The Benedicts have a gorgeous home and we were grateful to be able to enjoy it for a few days. Thank you so much!

On our past visits to CdA we have stayed at the resort and were concerned that we wouldn't enjoy another location, but we had nothing to worry about. The condo was beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable overlooking the river. Also, it is right on a walking path so we had morning walks along the river and twice walked down to the resort for breakfast(2.2 miles). The location was convenient to everything and, since we were playing golf at different courses, we were able to easily get on the freeway to Circling Raven or across town to the resort course. In the future, we will plan on renting this condo. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Our best visit ever.

Our group of 5 was very pleased with this condo. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were many pantry provisions, making staying in and cooking easy. Having an accessible boat dock was important and we were very pleased we were able to find this unit. We did not have to give up new, clean, and comfortable for proximity to our boat. We've stayed at 7-8 other properties and this is an instant 'new favorite'. Convenient location, comfortable layout with ample space for up to 6. Not a single disappointment or suggestion for improvement. Highly recommended if this fits what you're looking for.
