Experience a slice of paradise at our luxurious City Beach House, nestled in Coeur d'Alene. With five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this pet-friendly retreat sleeps up to twelve guests comfortably. Enjoy unparalleled convenience with direct beach access, a private patio, and a fully-equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures. The smart TV, WiFi, and cozy fireplace make this house perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Just a short stroll from local attractions, including marinas, museums, and theme parks, our property offers a perfect blend of adventure and serenity.
The home itself is just as alluring as the prime location. You’ll enjoy upgraded appliances and gorgeous furnishings throughout. With an open concept floor plan, a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, large sectional couch and TV seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. A large wooden table offers seating for 6 and the adjacent upgraded kitchen includes a large granite island with additional seating.
On this floor, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom plus another bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom next to it. Another master suite bedroom with a queen bed is located upstairs, and a studio behind the garage is equipped with twin bunk beds, two other twin beds, and a full bathroom. This is a fantastic area for the kids to gather and play!
A private fenced backyard with a BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating creates an ideal area to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or sit under the stars at night.

This home was spacious and lovely! The shuffle board definitely allowed for some family fun. The home was perfect for our group and family vacation. Would highly consider it again in the summer months due to its proximity to downtown, tubbs Hill, the CDA trails etc etc. The hosts were in touch and available in case we needed anything.

The home was open and comfortable. It was pet friendly and our dogs were able to be let out and played in the fenced yard.One bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. Three were on the main floor inside the house and one bedroom with a bathroom was accessed through the yard. It was the bunk room and worked well for one of our guests, but did not work for our toddlers. Overall, the location is excellent neighborhood very nice, it’s walkable and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.
