The charming cottage was perfect for the July 4th weekend. Family from out of state came to celebrate the festivities which was in walking distance to downtown CDA (parade, fireworks, etc).

We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Cottage. The house was comfortable, well appointed and spotless. The location is ideal. Holly and her team went above and beyond for us.

This home was very comfortable and was in a great location. The master had a great view of the beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is shady and charming. The home was clean and very well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone.
