We were very pleased with our property. It could use a little updating, but nothing major. It was clean and everything worked fine. The cable went out for a couple of hours, but the rental agent and cable repair guy was very prompt and it was taking care of right away. The beach itself was PERFECT. I highly recommend Holden and VRBO and Proactive rentals.

It was very convenient because it was on the beach and we could watch the children from the back porch, we were also able to call someone on Saturday evening when we had an issue with the lock and they were there in less than 10 minutes to help out. It was a very clean with easy check- in/ check-out instructions.

The house is lovely from the outside and the beach-front porch and view are perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there watching the waves break and listening to the ocean sounds. The management company are very helpful and responded to our inquiries quickly.
