Storm took out sewer and water for this house. Proactive management company scrambled to find another for me.

Overall good. Property dated, missing window blinds, Lamps broke not working, light bulbs out, kitchen window stuck open at top. Needs some TLC for sure

Excellent location and view. Property has not been well maintained, which is a shame since it could be a very nice place. Many repairs needed, and a better quality of furniture inside and out. Just glad we had the wonderful view from the porch and the short walk to the beach and decent weather, because it would have been depressing to be in the house the whole time. Outdated appliances, window blinds broken or completely missing, broken lamp, messy unusable closet, dead and live roaches (or palaminos, or whatever), Many of the porch chairs were unusable or unstable. Same with some of kitchen chairs. We did not feel that the place itself was worth the money we paid. If the location and view had not been so great, it would have been a complete disappointment.
