A fully equipped modern kitchen with up to date appliances and granite countertops make it a pleasure to prepare refreshments and meals, while gazing out at the Atlantic. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are available to you in the laundry room. All bedrooms offer 32" TVs and WiFi is available. This property features the Nu-Calgon iWave Air Purifier, which has been proven to significantly reduce a wide variety of pathogens and viruses for a healthier indoor environment for you to enjoy. A convenient outdoor hot/cold shower, charcoal grill, and plenty of porch seating make outdoor living a pleasure! Great location with easy beach access. Dining room chairs and furniture are in rough shape especially that feeling in your back from the "kiNg" mattress. upgrade long overdue. Remember to bring some windex for that million dollar view!

The house is in a great location. Very short ocean front walk to sand and water. Very close to the bridge coming onto the island. Views are fantastic from 3 bedrooms and 2 upper and lower level decks.
Few cons… house is showing its age and abuse from the oceanfront weather conditions and summer season renters (Like Water damage inside, damaged interior, decorations, overall cleanliness). Can definitely use some updating and routine maintenance. Overall had a great time, didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach. If you’re looking for a nice updated home tho, may look elsewhere.
