This designer home is perfect for larger families. It is steps from the beach and your own private heated pool in the backyard to relax and enjoy Holden Beach. (There is a $100 per day rate to heat the pool - Advance notice is required and must include check in day) Sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, outdoor pool shower, deck with ocean view and pergola with BBQ & fire table. One row from Ocean Blvd. and a short walk to the public beach access. Holden Beach has plenty of room to spend the day on the sand & in the waves and enjoy the incredible sunsets each night.

Stayed for a week and had everything that we needed for cooking. House is very clean and well organized. House has top locks which made us feel safer with toddlers and a pool. The pool has a huge hit for us. Plenty of entertainment area for the whole family. Definitely will be come back.
