We have been going to Holden Beach for 15 years and this was one of our favorite stays. The house is large and comfortably sleeps 14 people which is exactly how many were in our group. The kitchen is large and well equipped with all you could need to cook. The many porches and rooftop deck allow you lots of spreading out while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The beach is a very short and easy straight shot walk. The hot tub and community pool are icing on the cake. We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.

Property needs a deep clean and a overall inspection of property. Some furniture was broken, hot tub was having issues/broken parts, some kitchen items were broken, and some other minor things. We were not a fan of the location of the kids bunk room -- the outside door within the room leads to the road.
Positives though Great location -- quick 5 minutes walk to the beach -- 10 minute walk to a couple different restaurants -- we really enjoyed our meals at Castaway and Lou Lou's!
Parking lot by the beach allows for parking of one vehicle which was awesome for our beach days -- community pool was small but clean and convenient.
House size was perfect for us -- kitchen is WELL STOCKED -- we definitely didn't need to bring all our extra kitchen equipment.
Was a bit annoying to have to make our own beds upon arrival -- but not a deal breaker.
Overall we really enjoyed the property...it just needs some TLC and it will be PERFECT!

Great location. We were right next to the waterway with beautiful views. The home had large gathering spaces for family meals and just hanging out! Porches galore that offered spectacular views. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The only negative would be, the home really does need a deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the home and would definitely stay again!!
