In Point Dillon 403 you are on top of the world overlooking mountains and lake in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Sleeps 4. Vaulted windows in the living area and master bedroom. Big south facing covered deck is a great place for morning coffee. The condo is directly on Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk right out to a large lawn and the lakefront for summer enjoyment and winter snow play. The Rec Path is plowed in the winter for walking and taking in the unbelievable views. Lots of seating, gas fireplace and flatscreen in the comfortable living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for meal preparation. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

Very well equipped kitchen and stunning view! South facing balcony offered view of lake and busy trail. Just off highway, with traffic noise and not as walkable as expected due to heavy traffic. Nice that it is a smoke free building, including outdoors. Non updated, but more affordable unit with small, dark bathrooms but nice private layout. Plenty of linens but needs new pillows. Older, large but comfy furnishings, limited view of TV due to large cabinet and small TV for size of the room (okay for 2 people sitting right in front of tv). Twin beds were in good shape but king bed in primary needs replaced. Mgt company worked with us as we had to leave suddenly due to a person with altitude sickness in our group. Would have been nice to have access to the sauna. A bit of an awkward walk to access pool and hot tub. Garage parking was nice. Elevator occasionally jumpy.

The view is unbeatable and it was a convenient walk to the Marina. I appreciated the elevator even though it felt a little rickety. I would recommend other guests bring a block along with their charger since this place is not super updated. I think that added to the charm. I felt a little weird taking a shower, because the bathtubs were a little grimy. Everything else was clean. The ice maker was on the slow side, so maybe bring bottled water if you want it cold.

We have rented in Point Dillon before and love the location and incredible views of the lake and mountains. This condo is extremely dated and in need of repairs. Entire condo wreaked of smell of too many different scented candles which bothered my husband, who is asthmatic, to have to use his rescue inhaler. The 3 stars is mainly for the incredible views. Also, Summit Resort Group was great to work with. We will not return to this condo however.
