Lake Dillon Condominiums 303 is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and amazing mountain and lake views. This very spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bath is filled with floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeps 6. The complex elevator makes it easy to bring in your bags, gear and groceries. Exposed beams have a great mountain feel. Fully equipped kitchen with granite tile and lots of counter space. Dining bar seats 4. Dining table seats 8. Enjoy the 60 inch flatscreen in the living room. Additional seating area for reading or conversations. Gas fireplace provides cozy warmth. Large deck with patio furniture that seats 8. Lake and lodge decor. Free private WiFi and cable. Three full baths.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.
In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

We have stayed in this condo complex years and years ago. It's my favorite place to stay when vacationing in Summit County. This condo was great. 2 Big bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (each with 2 sinks) and another half bath. The kitchen and large living area was great. The best tho, was the huge deck with incredible views of Lake Dillon. Can't beat that. I will absolutely ask for this condo in future visits.

Stayed over Spring Break and found it to be in a convenient location to multiple ski resorts, close to shopping/groceries. The unit was clean with ample kitchen equipment, dishes, cooking items, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Overall, great stay!
