Lake Dillon Condominiums 109 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath with incredible mountain views. Sleeps 4. Located near all key shops and services such as supermarket, coffee shop, REI, ski/ride rentals, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema and events. Beautifully furnished with wood floors, six-person dining bar and stainless appliances. Living room features a flatscreen and cozy gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Patio furniture seats 4. Interesting Southwest, Native American and Colorado decor.
Bedding
Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ 2 New Queens, private bath in master (beds replaced in December 2025)
~ Queen Sofabed in living room with full hall bath.

2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.
Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.
In the summer walk to the concerts, marina and farmers market. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

We had a fantastic 5 days in Dillon. We were fortunate enough to get about 2 feet of snow for our ski week! Lots of fun! This rental was exactly as described and provided all the essentials that you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and centrally located to a number of ski resorts, which was important to us. It was also reasonably priced which was an added bonus. Would stay here again! Thank you

The condo needs a thorough cleaning. Especially the carpets. Also lots of noise from the condo above us. The view of the lake is beautiful.
