Surf Scooter, a cozy 784-square-foot manufactured home, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The owner completed an extensive remodel in 2016, updating the interior with sheet rock walls, a spa-like bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, new floors, doors, paint, and furniture. While the kitchen remained unchanged, it boasts new appliances, including a glass-top electric range and a dishwasher. The open-concept living room and kitchen feature an eat-in bar for 2, a bar-height table seating 4, and a 40-inch Roku streaming internet TV. Outside, a landscaped yard surrounds a nice deck and a large covered patio with a hot tub.
On the opposite end of the home, a queen bedroom with a bay window awaits, complete with another TV. The recently remodeled bathroom offers both a step-in shower and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The laundry room, conveniently located in the hallway, houses a full-size stack washer and dryer. The double bedroom, though snug for 2 adults, is perfect for a child. With its charming coastal vibe, Surf Scooter sits atop a hill on a double lot in a wind-protected zone. Just 4 blocks away (an 8-minute walk according to Google), you'll find yourself dipping your toes in the sand and surf a delightful coastal getaway for 2 to 4 people.
