About this apartment rental
Perfect for couples or singles, there are two bedrooms, each with king sized beds, flat screen tvs and two full baths (one with a jetted tub). Each bedroom and one of the bathrooms has large windows with picturesque views that can’t be beat. . . until you get to the living room. There you can relax on the comfy couch or in one of the two swivel chairs and enjoy panoramic views through the oversized windows. No pets allowed under any circumstances.

By day or night, this location can’t be beat! Walk out the building’s front door and across Bay Street to River Street and stroll down the brick walkway by the river, have lunch or dinner right on the river, and visit the scores of riverside shops. Take a left out the building’s front door and catch some live music at City Market. Or take a right, and in two minutes, you are strolling down Bull Street (the main street at the center of Historic Savannah) with one garden square after the next, all the way down to Forsyth Park. Everything is within walking distance -- antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, the famous Leopold’s ice cream shop, museums, beautiful Southern architecture, churches and temples.

2 king size owner suites with ensuite bathrooms. Free reserved parking space in Whitaker Street garage just behind the building. The open floor plan of the living, dining, kitchen area makes it the perfect place to hang out and chat. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine while watching all of the great activity in the city. The full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare a meal in your home away from home. Amenities include cable TV, WiFi, free off-street parking in the Whitaker Street garage for one vehicle, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. No smoking in the unit, balcony area or building. This condo was perfect for our family Christmas! It was beautiful, quiet, perfect for walking everywhere in Savannah. Best of all, it had a wonderful stocked kitchen, which was great for cooking. There was literally not one thing missing. The bathrooms were the same. It truly felt like home. This particular property also had a parking space in a nearby garage, which was great, since we drove from Maine! Some in our group were not good for walking long distances, so the views of the river -- and river traffic -- right from the living room were wonderful. I truly can't say enough good things about the condo, the check in and check out, the clear communications from the host. Truly everything was easy and suited our group perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo and we cant wsit to come back! Kim is wonderful to work with. This condi is top of the line. The view is spectacular!

This place is beyond perfect! It's the place you want to be if you're traveling with another couple. So much privacy for everyone! All of the previous reviews are dead on. The views are breathtaking. I LOVE that there are TV's in each bedroom. The location doesn't get any better. I just booked another trip in October. It's the only place I'll stay in Savannah. Also, Kim is amazing! She goes above and beyond. She's so helpful! One little bit of advice; The sign in the parking garage is very small. It took us about 10 minutes to find it. It's a small red and white sign, but the parking space is so convenient. You will absoluley love this place!
