整個度假區的管理很好，乾淨舒適，酒店員工笑容滿面又有禮貌
入住的度假屋是私人管理，房務員需要認真再培訓，所有消耗品例如浴帽、廁紙等，沒有每日補充，要通知屋主才過來補充 。牙膏竟然是已開封的，懷疑上一手用完留低，毛巾也不太乾淨，令人懷疑有否更換 。第二晚三間房間有兩間沒有熱水沖涼，令人着涼生病 。加購的屋内早餐每人美金$10，但令人非常失望：所有食物除了河粉，都是事先煮好，來到再微波爐加熱，咖啡都只是三合一咖啡粉沖調 ，所以寧願加少少錢去酒店食自助早餐，或者出去食當地早餐又便又靚；不過好在廚師哥哥靚仔好笑容。
