The staff were extremely polite curtious and helpful. The villa was spacious and suited our family perfectly. Buggy was available promptly to take us from the villa to main reception. Cleaning fresh towels daily. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to use the facilities at the Furama Resort. Swam in the pool accessed the beach and ate dinner at three of the restaurants. The head butler visited daily to offer assistance with tours , travel and suggestions.
The most wonderful holiday experience. Thank you Furama Villas. We will definitely return.
When I booked the villa I wasn’t aware that the Furama Villas and Furama Resort were two different businesses.
It was just confusing because the contacts and cleaning were different. It didn’t really matter as it was quickly explained. We were still able to access the Resort.
