Villa seaview and apartment -Spa Da Nang Resort by JT group "Free pick up"

Wir waren in Villa 3 untergebracht, die sich wirklich in einer wunderbaren Lage befindet. Die Villa an sich ist großzügig gestaltet und sehr hell. Besonders der Ausblick aus dem Masterbedroom ist beeindruckend und die Sonnenaufgänge sind genial. Alle Facilities des Hyatt waren mühelos zu Fuß zu erreichen, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es ist sehr einfach, sich Lebensmittel und Speisen per Grab in die Villa bestellen zu lassen. Unsere Gastgeberin Letan hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und war generell schnell erreichbar. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Villa ideal. Auch das Personal hat die Villa tadellos in Stand gehalten und hedenvtaf wunderbar gereinigt und neue Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Der kostenfreie Transfer vom Flughafen war auch toll.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich außerhalb der Villa in einem hinteren Anbau und hat keinerlei Aussicht. Wie von anderen auch schon beschrieben ist die Villa zum Teil schon sehr abgewohnt, nichtsdestotrotz würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Villen gab es beim privaten Pool auch keinen eigenen Einstieg vorne (Leiter) und es waren im Vergleich weniger Liegen bzw. keine Strandmuschel verfügbar. Außerdem müsste die Matratze im Hauptbett einmal getauscht werden.

호스트분이 친절하시고 웰컴 과일에 생수까지 넉넉히 주시고, 대응도 빨랐어요. 빌라관리도 깨끗하게 잘되어있어서 좋았습니다. 버기도 호출시 빠르게 왔고, 배달도 빌라앞까지와서 불편한점이 없었어요.

하얏트 시설이용이 가능하였으나 하얏트까지 이동해야하는 점이 불변합니다. 예약시 빌라위치를 잘확인했어야했는데 확인하지 않아 거리상 하얏트 시설 이용은 하지 못한게 아쉬웠어요.

Really amazing amenities, location and accommodation host.

This was not the Hyatt property as advertised, in fact it’s no where near the Hyatt. This is not a resort - main pool and restaurants, gym, etc. are all closed. Not even beach chairs. However, the villa was spacious and beds clean enough to sleep. I feel bad because the Staff were very friendly. And the beach was incredible. But totally soured by the dishonesty. We planned our entire trip around our location and it wasn’t even close to the Hyatt property.

This was advertised as being on Hyatt property and it is not. It’s not even close. There are NO amenities. No restaurants on site. No main pool. They did provide a golf cart service to commute us to the entrance and to the beach. The villas are definitely not being maintained like the common areas are. There were bugs and black mold. The showers had tons of mildew and water slime. The only positive was the beds were comfortable and clean. Once we arrived and it was clear we were scammed, I immediately tried to find a new hotel but there was zero availability for a family of 4.
