About this apartment rental
This beautiful two bedroom two full bath is the perfect place to get away from it all. We are in the C-1 (midrise tower), on the fifth floor (#503). MBR king bed-gulf view, master shower bath, guest br queen bed/bath tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full kitchen opens to dining, den, and spectacular view of the gulf. New sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large flatscreen t.v. Easily sleeps 4-- but also has a queen pull out couch for 2 more. Two chain grocery stores and 3-4 restaurants within a mile of property. Condo has two pools, snack bar (summer), availabilty of rental chairs/umbrellas, wave runner, deck boat, canoe, and much more. Biking friendly.

Every thing was good with the condo but the new check in for the gate was a surprise charge.
Rentors should be made aware beforehand of this and if you plan on having a guest, the same charge applies to them as well.

Great vacation once we started it.
We couldn't get onsite and check-in because when we arrived we found out that we had to pay another $35 online to get a parking pass to get in the gate. Their was no mention of this in the listing and we couldn't get in contact the owner. After going online and paying that to register our vehicle we still couldn't get the code to get in. After over 2 hours of waiting and going through VRBO to get in contact with the owner, we were finally able to get the gate guard to let us in. The code finally came to my phone and coming and going was easy for the rest of the trip.
The condo was very comfortable. View is nice and you are VERY close to the beach. We like staying at Pinnacle.
If we could have gotten in without the hassle it would be a full 5 stars.

Pinnacle Port was beautiful and will definitely stay there again perfect area and perfect set up! William on the other hand was horrible absolutely no communication once I booked I received a confirmation then I didn’t hear from him, till I contacted him 2hr from arrival on the day of check in. I asked for our door code he then responded with sorry thought I sent that to you, I will let the security guard know you are on your way for a parking pass, when we get there you have to have a QR code and we code not get in the gate. Apparently he does this all the time to his guest he contacted him back and he never replied back to us we contacted VRBO they offered us to find another place to stay and they would comp us the different in price. It was a mess and needless to say we ended up going back to the property and getting in without the QR code but it was 3hr after checkin and several phone calls to Pinnacle Port later they verified our reservation and let us in our room. Saying William knows the QR policy it’s been in effect since March of 2024. I will definitely be going back to stay with Pinnacle Port but not staying in Williams property.

This condo was nice, right on the beach. But the owner completely ignored all communications. Dirty laundry left there and wifi info was incorrect. Fortunately there was extra linens and we found free wifi, but if there wasn't,.. owner never responded.
