This beautiful, dog-friendly family home is located in Panama City Beach, only minutes from the beach, dining and entertainment (your options are endless at Pier Park). This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, beach retreat offers the privacy and relaxation needed for your next beach vacation. Welcome to Sandy Teauxs!
The open-floor plan makes it easy to spend quality time together. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa along with a large TV. Past the living area, you'll be greeted by the dining table that seats 6 (with extra seating at the island) and the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee outside under the terrace with plenty of seating for everyone.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunkbed, TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Head southeast on FL-30 East toward Palm Beach Dr., turn left onto Palm Beach Dr., Turn right onto Coral Ave, Turn left onto Pinetree Dr., Turn right onto Hilltop Ave, and Beach Access 95 will be on your left.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

It was very enjoyable. When you stay there you really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. They have pots and pans bicycles all kind of stuff for the beach in the garage. The rooms are very nice and clean there's plenty of bedding in the closet. There's a washing machine and dryer there's a grill outside it's very nice. Very pet friendly cuz they have ceramic tile on the floor. Only thing they do not have is a fence for the dogs. So you'd have to take them in and out on the leash. There's a TV in every room with controls. Very comfortable place.

the check in was great , the key code worked great ,house was clean ,the Neiborhood was peaceful .
the only issues I had was the pantry and main bedroom closet was lock and could not be use
over all i had a great stay and enjoyed the house

Things we loved: Beach wagon Chairs TentSand toys/boogie boardBicycles Pack n play Plenty of bedding/blankets/towelsBack porch area was cool we didn’t get to use bc it rained at night both nightsMajority of the furniture was beautiful/nice Location was great Neighborhood seems nice Things that needed some attention/weren’t loved:The 4 o’clock check in....We were told it was an extra $65 an hour to check in early, to ensure the cleaners had ample time to clean but yet when we checked in at 4 there was about 3/4 dead roaches on the floor. Whatever it’s a rental that no one lives in 24/7 so there’s bound to be a few bugs but obviously your cleaners didn’t clean until 4. The sink garbage disposal didn’t work and they didn’t have anything to catch pieces of food so that got backed up a few times. It’s nice to have pots and pans provided but I’d advise you to just go ahead and pack your own. The ones there honestly needed to be trashed. They still had food caked on them from previous renters. After washing them we attempted to cook eggs for breakfast and realized why. The couch was super stained up. It’s a comfy couch but I def wouldn’t have that type of couch in a rental home. You need something that is easily cleaned. But luckily there was plenty of covers so we just threw covers over it. Overall we enjoyed our stay! I would def recommend this house. Other than the few things that need attention it was great! And awesome for the price we got it at, last minute and on a holiday weekend! Things that needed improvement

The house was super clean. Plenty of space. Had an awesome week. A seven minute walk to the beach. The suppled beach wagon was an absolute life saver. Never ran out of hot water. We had 8 people taking showers after returning from the beach. That’s crazy when you think about it. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the internet didn’t work all week, but ended up being a blessing because we spent more time together as a unit!!! Overall a great stay. Would recommend.
