About this house rental

The perfect family destination! Our newly remodeled condo has the best of both worlds - the beach and the lake. Located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Philips Inlet, our condo provides instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Enjoy fishing, boating, jet-skiing, paddle-boarding, tubing, kayaking, and swimming in the lake. Or grab your coolers and beach towels and head over to the clear emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the gulf - only 5 minutes away. Of course with 2 onsite pools just steps from our door, you may prefer to simply relax and work on your tan here.

Unit was conveniently located, roomy, quiet area, clean, and nice pool. Unit 2-story and front door also 1 flight staircase up. Parking underneath very convenient. Nice Inlet beach 6 minute drive (too far to walk); at end of S. Orange St. Check out the beach parking availability first. Met our vacation needs.

We found glass pieces on the living room carpet due to which one of my friend got hurt. Please be aware of that when you rent this property.
