The perfect family destination! Our newly remodeled condo has the best of both worlds - the beach and the lake. Located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Philips Inlet, our condo provides instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Enjoy fishing, boating, jet-skiing, paddle-boarding, tubing, kayaking, and swimming in the lake. Or grab your coolers and beach towels and head over to the clear emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the gulf - only 5 minutes away. Of course with 2 onsite pools just steps from our door, you may prefer to simply relax and work on your tan here.

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was exactly as pictured except for there is a large house being built behind this unit, on the lake. There was a lot of construction going on that we were not aware was going to be happening. However, we still had lake views and access to the dock and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We came with our family of 5. The house has the best of both worlds- being on the lake and a very short distance from the ocean/beach. The two onsite pools were never busy. The beds were comfortable and house was stocked with everythijg necessary, including things for the beach. Owners and property manager were very helpful, informative, and friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to return.

We found glass pieces on the living room carpet due to which one of my friend got hurt. Please be aware of that when you rent this property.
