About this house rental
Welcome to our pet-friendly vacation rental property! This beautiful house, built in 2018, offers three bedrooms and two full baths, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Located just a short walk from the beach in a private and quiet neighborhood, our property is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. If you're looking to explore, the vibrant area of 30A is only a three-minute drive away, offering great restaurants, biking trails, coffee shops, and boutiques. For your convenience, Publix and Winn Dixie are less than half a mile from our location. If you're interested in visiting Pier Park, it's just a seven-mile drive from our house. Inside the property, we have plenty of entertainment options for both kids and adults, including a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, and even a piano. Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation experience with us!
You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.
You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
Please note that all check-in and check-out instructions are sent to you via text message after your booking is confirmed outside of Vrbo and Airbnb. As a small business managing multiple units, we have streamlined our guest communication by sending all important information directly to your phone through convenient links.
Your text message will include your door code, Wi-Fi password, and all the details specific to your unit. Door codes are sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day.
The only time a door code will work prior to 4:00 PM is if the management company has specifically adjusted your code and granted you permission for an early check-in.
This text thread is actively monitored, so you are welcome to reply with any questions, comments, or concerns during your stay.
Non-emergency issues are addressed in the order they are received. Emergency issues are handled immediately.
Our office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7 days a week. After hours, we use an answering service that takes messages and contacts us for emergencies.

This houses was close to everything . The house supplies were what you need to get started as far as toilet paper , soap etc. Back yard was perfect for our small miniature dachshund. Nice neighborhood to walk around and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio area for our morning coffee and late night refreshments. We didn't need it but was so impressed with the amount of eating sitting area. Two tables and a bar with bar stools. Great for board games. Big open area for living and dining and kitchen place. We would stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property as we like to plan out family vacations to different areas on the gulf coast each summer. The home is located a quick walk from the beach and right between popular areas such Pier Park and 30A. If I had to put any negatives, it would be the ongoing construction in neighboring lots and the bed mattress in the master bedroom is extremely hard making it a bit uncomfortable to get good rest. Other than that, it’s the perfect spot for a quick beach getaway.

This is our second year staying at this home with our dogs and we absolutely love it, close location to the beach, pet friendly allowing large dogs that is close to pier Park dog Beach. The house is well maintained and clean management is always available to answer any and all questions immediately. We love staying here and hope to come back again for our third year in a row. We absolutely love the game room and playing ping-pong with our 19-year-old as well.
