A short drive west is the beautiful Camp Helen State Park where you will find some of the best beaches Florida has to offer as well as small hiking trails suitable for everyone. If you want a bit more action, take the seven-mile scenic drive to Pier Park where you can update your wardrobe at one of the many stores available or even catch a favorite musical artist playing at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Though all of this is within reach, posting up on the sand just below the condo is never a bad idea!

We enjoyed this condo, nice view and convenient to the pool. Only a few concerns- the WiFi didn’t work during our stay and I wish there were shades to block the sun in the living room. No privacy and very bright early in the morning. The beds are decently comfortable but the pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable, but my kids made it work.
Overall, a good place to stay!

This is the second year we have stayed in this exact condo. It is in a great location, right in front of the pool and we love the views of the ocean from the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working this stay and the TV in the living room wouldn’t work at all. We contacted the customer service but they weren’t able to come out to fix it during our stay, which was kinda disappointing.The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable but my kids didn’t mind it too much.

It was great! The condo is in a great location! If anyone has trouble with stairs then this may not be the right place for you. Close to all the amenities. Our family would stay here again.

We have stayed at Ramsgate before and we loved it, but we did not love this particular condo. Ramsgate is perfectly located outside of the crowded areas of PCB, but 8 minutes from Rosemary Beach and conveniently located next to anything you need like grocery stores and restaurants. However, this condo was not the best. When we first arrived, I realized there are no comforters on the beds or even what I would consider a blanket. They are as thin as sheets. I called the managing company and asked if there are extra blankets available. I was told they’d call me back. I never received a call back. I called back twice with no answer and left a message with no return call. I never heard from them again. The kitchen didn’t come equipped with pans or skillets making it difficult to make typical breakfast or dinner. The smaller bedroom walls have patched holes everywhere making it look rundown. The living room window is cracked and there are no curtains or blinds to cover the first floor balcony door/windows for privacy. The hot water runs cold when more than one person is showering. Plus, this condo is located right next to the pool, so if you don’t like hearing screaming and crying kids all day, this isn’t the spot for you. This isn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but it feels like the managing company is cutting corners and they definitely lack decent customer service. I highly recommend Ramsgate, but I’d suggest finding a different condo in the same building.
