Kokomo Inn was an excellent place to stay and John and Parissa were delightful hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. There were also cozy nooks outside of our room to sit and drink wine, read or chat. The Inn is in a wonderful location, directly across the street from the river and bike path with a lovely view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with many restaurants within walking distance. it is also close to Gatineau Park which is just a beautiful place to visit. It is only a 15 minute drive across the river to downtown Ottawa as well. We highly recommend Kokomo Inn!

Amazing place in a perfect location for visiting Ottawa. House was beautifully looked after by Parrisa and John, who couldn’t do enough to make your stay perfect. Great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit as well as fantastic breakfasts.
Nothing, it was great however not sure that we would have wanted an upstairs room as it was a small spiral staircase to get upstairs.

Beautiful location across street from Ontario River, very friendly hosts , good food, great TV options Netflix , Prime plus regular TV. On four week trip from San Diego to Quebec and this is our best stay yet.

The property was on the river with lovely views, although I'm not sure any of the guest rooms have a full view. John & Parrisa were great hosts, gave us lots of information about walks, restaurants, etc. The breakfasts were excellent.
Our queen suite room was clean and nicely furnished, although it was a little small for a 3 night stay. The shower room was again clean but quite small. I would fully recommend a stay here but perhaps choose a bigger room if staying more than one night.
As we enjoy walking we were able to walk along the river to the main road and then through the parkland to the city, it took about 1 hour 15 minutes. There is also a bus service no 67 (double check that)
