Lincoln Log Colony

There is no breakfast the location is not too bad it's about a mile and a half from the actual shops and everything but there is a diner right across the street in Stewart's right down the street also within walking distance

The parking lot in front porch area could be a little bit more decent other than not bad.

The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything. We could walk to Stewart's for our morning coffee, and we could head to the main strip (about 10 minutes) for all the shopping, arcades, and food spots. There was a family in the room next to us, and although I'm sure they were making noise (sound children usually do), we didn't hear anything! The room was clean, and everything we would need to cook was available (pots, pans, dishes), and there was a wonderful little porch to sit on to enjoy the night air once our baby was asleep. I meant to book a two bedroom cabin, but I made a mistake and booked a suite instead. We were a little nervous because we thought we would have to go right to sleep once our baby did, but there was enough space that we were able to quietly move around the room with a small light on after tucking her pack n play next to the futon. The people running the place were absolutely lovely- they even helped a motorcyclist to get his bike running again after it wouldn't start- he wasn't even staying at the resort! My husband and I are definitely booking a stay on our next visit to lake George!!!!

The manager was very courteous and helpful. The kids love the pool in the basketball. This area was accessible to all our needs.

The TV was hard to operate. I wish there were more instructions in the cabin so we didn’t have to call the manager. She did come and help us when we needed it though so that was very good!

The location was near Lake George village.

When check-in, we were provided with a wrong key and the door code was not working. We were also given the wrong password wifi. There was no one at the reception desk and we had to call the hotel to sort out the correct key and wifi password. Also, if we did not have roaming for US calls, it would have been impossible to reach out the reception desk. No towels were provided in the room but the hotel provided them after our call. No toiletries like soap, shower gels are provided by the hotel.
