The stay was about average.

The breakfast was fine.

The pool was a bit small. The front desk gal was a bit "snippy", not a helpful personality at all.

Guys, this was not a pleasant experience. The bathroom door did not close completely. I was alone, so not a big deal. In the shower there was Body lotion instead of conditioner! Weird! My coffee station had only 1 regular coffee, and three decaf - odd combination.

Attention to detail! The room was overall clean, but not entirely the level of cleanliness I expected for the brand. Having Body Lotion in the shower instead of Conditioner was weird! The fact that the bathroom door would not close was also strange and made me uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny and no welcoming.

Comfortable, clean, spacious and relaxing stay!

This is a great property, wonderful location and excellent staff. If we have to stay in Indianapolis, this is our first choice. The room layout is so functional and we love the sofa bed option. The breakfast is outstanding! Beds are comfortable and such a nice shower. The room temperature is easy to adjust to get that perfect feel. The lobby is nice too with comfortable seating for my college kid to do homework.

I have nothing negative to say and this is our 3rd stay here.

Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Everything was clean and fresh. Pool and exercise room were maintained well. Staff was amazing

The pool could have been heated and warmer. My kids and I had no problem swimming, but a young couple were there with a toddler and the water was too cold for their child

It was not a pleasant stay and not comfortable.

The room and the hallways were smelly. The mattresses were worn out gave us back aches. The mini fridge was vey noisy. Our room was on the roadside very busy highway very loud all night. We couldn’t sleep.

Great Breakfast

The location was great in terms of proximity to restaurants and things to do. Breakfast is great and has hot food items which is really nice to start the day. The hotel overall is clean and kept up.

The parking lot only has one way in/out and it's located on a very busy highway so it can be tricky getting in/out which I realize is probably not something that can be fixed. The floor gaurd for our shower stall didn't have a good seal and water leaked into the bathroom floor. There was also what looked like mold around the grout at the bottom of the shower.

It was a good place to stay for our baseball tournament.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was great! The front staff were courteous. The hotel was clean. The ice machine was extremely useful for our coolers.
