Location: near Chaussée Jacobsen, 900 m from the beach (Sableaux beach and Bois de la Chaize); 10 minutes from the city center by bike, all shops and restaurants, port and Noirmoutier castle (via path, cycle path 2 steps); markets 3 times / week, local crafts and quality products (marsh salt, potatoes, etc.).

Nous aimons cette maison pour sa vue et son jardin. La chambre a deux lits est un peu sombre a cause de sa disposition,petite fenetre donnant sur une veranda, la douche est un peu exigue, mais a part ca l environnement est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Maison agréable et au calme....dommage qu'il y est un problème de soin et entretien de divers nature...je pose la question suivante, n'est ce pas un peu abusé de demander autant pour être accompagné de son chien et d'y adjoindre une clause obligatoire onéreuse en plus pour le ménage, surtout quand on voit l'état d'entretien et netoyage du bien loué. ..?? Non n'avons laissé aucune déjections animale alors que le jardin en avait et pas entretenu. .pas possible d'ouvrir une fenêtre avant d'avoir nettoyé les toiles d'araignée partout..terrasse pas balayées, , volets roulant hs, garage limite utilisable pour y ranger nos deux vélo. .dans notre chambre toile d'araignée au plafond,, odeur d'huile ou autre venéant du garage attenant.,goûte à goute des WC en pleine nuit,ballon d'eau chaude capricieux, joint de carrelage de salle de bain taché moisi derrer le lavabo....etc...et pourquoi garder des poêles hors d'usage tellement gondolees qu'elles ne font contact sur la plaque vitrocéramique qu'au milieu. ...par rapport au autre location déjà faite sur ce site,déçu , pas d'accueil personnalisé de bienvenue ( attention, produits régionaux. ...etc),dommage car endroit magnifique et avec du soin ce serai idilique.. mais bon pour une pied a terre ou juste dormir .et petit déjeuner cela a fait son office....et pour finir place de parking inclus inexistante car inexploitable vu la cofiguration,donc dans la rue (très calme ,sans souci) de l'autre côté du muret présenté en photo. ...cdt
