In our farmhouse on one level on the garden, you will appreciate the calm, the sunshine until the sunset, the clear view, the decoration, the arrangement of the rooms, the situation close to the town center, the cycle tracks and the beaches. On a large plot of 1000m2, this farmhouse is embellished with a 80m2 garden, secluded by a hedge.

très bien située , cette location permet de se rendre à pieds au centre ville en 10 mn tout en étant au calme grâce au grand jardin très agréable ; proche des arrêts du gratibus,,les plages sont également accessibles rapidement . nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant notre séjour.

Très bien située, proche du centre chaleureux de Noirmoutier-en-l'île où on trouve de tout: piétonnier avec boulangerie, traiteur, cavistes, supérette... .
Gîte propre, bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Les deux chambres en enfilade pas très pratique: l'occupant de la dernière chambre doit passer par la première pour accéder à la cuisine, salon,... par contre la salle de bain est entre les deux. Le gîte à besoin d'aération pour empêcher l'humidité ce qui peut être un problème par temps frais et humide.
Beau jardin avec un coin discret dédicacé au gîte.
Accueil distant mais tout à fait correct.
