Excellent location, parking straight outside for 40Euros per week (could have been made clear when booking). House has loads of character and lots of room. Bed linen and towels are extra which seemed a little expensive but last minute booking so we’ll take our own next time. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison! La Valériane est très bien située, au pied de la ville médiévale et proche de tous commerces. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et répond à toutes les questions! Et en plus, la maison était toute décorée pour noêl.

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette maison qui correspondait au descriptif : beaucoup de charme et très fonctionnelle !Nous étions 12 personnes et avions tout l'espace nécessaire. La maison est très bien située : proche du centre ville et de la mer. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir également beaucoup de soleil… Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

La maison est très bien pour accueillir 6 personnes. Mais il y aurait quelques travaux de d'amélioration à faire, en particulier au niveau des volets. Elle est très bien située en bordure de la ville médiévale et de la ville basse. A 100m de la mer. De Saint Valery on peut découvrir la vallée de la Somme, Amiens, parc de Marquenterre, Ault, abbaye de Valloires, etc, etc On n'a que l'embarras du choix !

Superbe maison , beaucoup d'espace , propre quand nous sommes arrives . Plein de charme et de caractere , bien equipee , meme s'il n'y a pas de jardin . le front de mer est seulement a quelques pas et La Valerianne est bien situee , proche des magasins et restaurants . St Valery a bien changer depuis quelques annees avec plus de choses a faire et a voir .

Très bon séjour à La Valérienne! Maison très bien située et agréable. La maison était très propre. Il faut bien contacter le propriétaire qq jours avant l'arrivée, sinon on risque de louper la remise des clés au lieu du rendez-vous! Seul bémol : il était indiqué "lit 2 personnes" dans toutes les chambres dans le descriptif. Or, seules 3 chambres bénéficiaient de lits de 2 personnes. Il ne manque juste qu'un jardin pour être au paradis!

Sehr hübsches, üppig eingerichtetes Haus in zentraler Lage, für mehrere Familien geeignet . Mole. Stadt, Restaurants und kleiner Stadtstrand mit hübschem Bistro gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Abends noch schnell zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Watt spaziert. Unkomplizierte Vermieter. St. Valery sur Somme ist im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Städtchen am nettesten. Teures Parken vorm Haus (10 Euro/Tag). Parkplätze 7 min. zu Fuss ausserhalb kostenfrei. Thank you very much for four beautiful days in your house !

La maison était parfaite pour nos vacances, très spacieuse pour notre grande famille, très confortable et propre. Les deux grandes salles de bain et le deuxième étage étaient idéal pour les enfants, également leur propre salon télé. Nous sommes déjà venu avant mais cette fois ci nous avons profité du nouvel accès internet un réel plus ! La salle de jeux était très agréable pour tout le monde avec son véritable baby foot de bistrot ! Nous avons organisé un petit tournoi et cette fois se sont les filles qui ont gagné contre les garçons ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous espérons revenir plus tard dans l année !

Parfait à 6 adultes et 5 enfant. Conforme a la description. L arrière de la maison donne sur la rue, mais calme la nuit. Cadre valeureux et confortable . Merci au proprietaire pour sa disponiblité et sa gentillesse.
