About this apartment rental
In a recent luxury building, on the 1st floor, ideally located about 200 m from the beach and shops, T2 for 2 people, (+ children welcome, maximum 2) composed of:
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- a bathroom with shower and wc
- a living room with daily 140 cm sofa, 42 inch flat screen and kitchen dining area
- 12 m2 terrace with table and armchairs for 4 people, electric blind
- closed private parking space
- air conditioning, elevator
- ADSL
All the furniture is new and of quality, as well as all the accessories. Linen is provided free of charge.
The rental is preferably from Saturday to Saturday, but after agreement of the owner, may be free.
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking only on the sheltered terrace.
Many sea, mountain, sporting activities ... are easily accessible.

A great apartment in the lovely town of Calvi. The appartment is very well equipped and comfortable.
It is situated a short walk from the town centre and the harbour, marina and beach.
The air conditioning when needed was quiet and efficient. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and eat
Having the Super U just opposite was great as it saved them tiresome trips in the car to the supermarket, we just walked over when we needed anything.
The hand over with Lorette at the start snd end of our stay worked seamlessly.
A very enjoyable stay, wish we could have stayed longer

Modern, well equipped apartment conveniently close to beach, harbour, town centre and supermarket
Easy, secure parking included and a great welcome.
There were just two of us staying so plenty of room. The air conditioning was very effective and having the washing machine was very handy

The apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the Citadel and town center, as well as the beach (10 min) and the supermarket (4 min). The host Lorette was great to communicate with (even though I don't speak French and she doesn't speak English, we used Google Translate and were able to work it out). The bed is comfortable with very nice sheets. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, wifi, and parking and very quiet for relaxing.
