About this apartment rental
Enjoying a privileged location, this beautiful F2 apartment on the ground floor accommodates 4 people, in a spacious 50m2 space. You benefit from a 100m2 tree-lined garden and 2 large terraces of 17m2 and 30m2, with a superb view of the Calvi bay and its mountains.
The east and south exposure to enjoy the sun.
The terraces allow you to benefit from the sun and shade according to your choice.
Fully equipped American kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle.
Living and dining room: 2 seater sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD, wifi, round table.
Bedroom with a double bed of 160, folding bed for a young child.
Garden furniture and deckchairs.
Shower room with shower and washing machine
Independent toilets.
A private parking space in the immediate vicinity.
Close to amenities (500m from the port) and the beach (800m), a car is not necessary.
Ideally located near the city center, quiet, with views of the bay and the mountains

Très bonne situation , agréable maisonnette avec terrasse. Très bonnes prestations mais un autre ventilateur serait le bienvenu, voir à climatiser . Nous y avons séjourner en période de canicule.

die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. In ca 10 min ist nan zu Fuß in der Stadt. Alles gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung im Portal.
Sie ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit vielen schönen Details eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist ruhig, auf einer Anhöhe in 2. Häuserreihe und zirka 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen oder Strand.
Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit dem Service des Vermieters.
Es gab nur Kontakt per Mail und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über eine Box mit Zahlencode. Schwierigkeiten vor Ort kann man damit kaum lösen. Konkret hatten wir das Problem, dass die Wohnung stark mit Ameisen befallen war. Mehrere hundert von den Tierchen liefen herum bis ins Schlafzimmer. Den Vermieter haben wir aufgefordert, die Ameisenplage umgehend zu beseitigen. Da er telefonisch nicht erreichbar gewesen ist, ging das wiederum nur per Mail. Eine Reaktion kam erst zwei Tage später mit der Aussage, wenn es andauern würde, könnten wir uns im Supermarkt selbst mit Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln versorgen.
Den Handtücher und Bettlaken Service können wir nicht empfehlen. Er war erheblich teurer als bei allen anderen Unterkünften, die wir auf Korsika besucht haben. Außerdem war die Wäsche nicht so gereinigt, wie wir das erwartet hätten.
Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Unterkunft nicht weiter, da wir einen gewissen Service vor Ort für wichtig halten.
