About this villa rental

. Rent very beautiful air-conditioned villa in a residential area with HEATED and secure swimming pool with an alarm. Landscaped garden inviting to spend holidays under the sign of relaxation and peaceful rest.

The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms with flat screen and 2 bathrooms.: The master bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom with bath and toilet and direct access to the swimming pool. The guest bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. These 2 bedrooms overlook the pool and the garden.

The American kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, freezer, etc.). It is open to the living room and has direct access to the terrace which has a dining table and a view of the swimming pool.

A laundry room with a washing machine is also available.

The 1500 m2 garden is fully landscaped and has no vis-à-vis for the greatest privacy. The swimming pool, heated and secured by an alarm, is ideal for parents of young children wishing to enjoy the exterior of the house with complete peace of mind!

Young and old will love to gather in the summer kitchen (or pool house) to enjoy the barbecue and a little freshness in the shade of the oaks ... The perfectly-equipped 'pool house' with its American fridge, hotplates and barbecue will welcome the whole family for lunches and al fresco dinners!

And for everyone's pleasure, the pétanque field, the ping-pong table. Wifi internet and 2 parking spaces will be at your disposal.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in Michael and Monique’s beautiful house. We did not miss one thing and the host did anything to keep us comfortable and satisfied. The garden is lovely and we spent a lot of time in and by the pool and used both the pool table and played boule. Mould absolutely recommend. The only thing that is not perfect is that it is not that easy to go running from the house as the roads are narrow.

A fantastic, relaxing week

We’ve just returned from a week spent in this beautifully appointed and lovely villa. The friendly owners Monique and Michele were there to greet us and despite the language barrier we all managed to understand each other. There is everything you need for indoor or outdoor eating, the barbecue was great, and the whole villa is very spacious. The swimming pool was excellent to come back to after days out too. We took the train to Cannes and Nice as well as visiting some stunning local villages, none of which were too far away by car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week and we would love to come back sometime in the future.

The property was in a great location for exploring the Grasse/canne area which is stunning. The villa beautiful, very clean and has all of the utensils you need for cooking etc. The outside bbq area and gardens/pool are lovely but make sure you use lots of mosquito spray before you venture outside. Had a couple of issues 1. Air con made a lot of noise and although owners had a technician called out it still continued to make the noise and the owners gave us ear plugs. 2. Owner lives attached to the villa whilst not impinging on our privacy was fussy about the way the kids used the pool e.g jumping in. So if you want a villa where you feel you and your children can completely unwind then this may not be the place for you.

We had an amazing family holiday. The villa was clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. We all loved the pool and had some great days visiting the surrounding area. The hosts were very welcoming. Would love to visit again.

Amazing, better than expected, lovely owners who couldn't do enough for us

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by the owners who were lovely, despite the language barrier we managed to understand all that was said. We had our 2 year old grandchild with us who loves being in the water but can't swim, the owners gave us a wristband for her to wear so that if she got into the water without us being there (we always were but you can't be too careful) this would trigger an alarm. There was also an alarm for the pool so that if anyone accidentally got in the pool without first turning the alarm off then again an alarm goes off, it was good to see these safety features in place. The villa was gorgeous ideal for a family of five and a toddler, we couldn't have asked for a more suitable accommodation. The ensuite bathroom and double bedroom was perfect for me and my husband while the younger adults had the upstairs bedrooms where there was a further bathroom. All bedrooms had air conditioners which at the beginning of August you definitely need. There was also an extra cloakroom downstairs. The villa was modern and yet quaint with lots of furnishings and ornaments to make it feel homely. There was also plenty of seating areas outside to cater for all whether you want to be out in the sunshine or outside but under shade. I can't rate this villa and the owners high enough, there was a bottle of wine and one of water waiting for us in the fridge and a gift for me as it was my birthday while we were there. On departure we were presented with another gift which I thought was so thoughtful and highly unexpected. I was emotional having to leave behind this villa and its owners and I would highly recommend a holiday here for anyone and hope that in the future I shall be back again but next time I will learn to speak the language.

We have had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa with very friendly owners. The villa is fully equipped and luxurious. Two of the three bedrooms have airconditioning, this is very pleasant. The garden, covered terrace , the outdoor kitchen and swimmingpool are very beautiful. Everything is well maintained en very clean. The hospitality of the owners, the completeness of the house and the beautiful holiday we 've had here make sure we will return .

We drove from UK and stayed at the villa for a week with our two children (16 and 12) before heading off to Paris. The villa is beautiful (exactly as the photos). It's very spacious with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool is great and heated so you can swim any time which our children loved. It's located behind its own security gates in a very quiet and private residential area just outside Grasse. It's close enough to the beaches (Cannes 10 minutes drive) for easy access but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. We swam in the sea off Cannes in the morning and were back in the pool at the villa 30 minutes later. The owners were really helpful in providing information about places to visit (Valbonne market on Friday mornings is a must). Italy is 50 minutes away and a stunning drive along the coastline (we had lunch in Sanremo and called into Monaco on the way back). Fantastic villa ideally located. Highly recommended.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Außenanlagen liebevoll gepflegt. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten laden überall zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und durch die Poolalarmanlage auch mit kleinen Kindern entspannt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief sehr problemlos und sie haben sich immer umgehend gekümmert, um uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Anlage am Standtrand von Grasse. Der Garten ermöglicht Ruhe auch für mehrere Personen. Toll ist die Grillecke mit eigenem Kühlschrank, Gasgrill, Eiswürfelmaschine und allem, was man sonst so braucht. Schön ist auch, dass die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind.

We, my husband , me an three young adults had the best time in this Villa. It was top clean, the house is exactly as in the pictures. The garden is beautiful and you can only feel absolutely well in this object. There are no wishes left open. Also a great area to visit many things. Grasse, Cannes , St. Tropez are all very close. Nous avons adoré la villa! D’abord pour sa situation : située dans un beau parc résidentiel, cette villa n’a aucun vis-à-vis (on se sent vraiment chez soi, au calme) et est proche de tout (en 2 minutes de voiture on est déjà sur la pénétrante Grasse-Canne). Ensuite, on n’y manque de rien, tout est là pour le confort : propreté impeccable à notre arrivée, air conditionné et télévision dans chacune des 3 chambres (en plus de la grande télévision dans le salon), cuisine intérieure et cuisine extérieure avec lave-vaisselle, frigo et tout le matériel nécessaire (le 2ème frigo dans la cuisine extérieure fut parfait pour entreposer nos réserves de boissons, et dispose d’un distributeur automatique de glaçons), barbecue à gaz très pratique, grande piscine chauffée et bien entretenue, salle à manger et petit salon à l’extérieur juste à côté de la piscine, sans oublier les chaises longues, le terrain de pétanque, la table de ping pong, le beau jardin décoré avec goût, et aussi le WIFI de très bonne qualité qui a ravi nos filles en plein âge ado. Enfin, il faut souligner le formidable accueil et la bienveillance des propriétaires Monique et Michel, extrêmement sympathiques. Très discrets pendant notre séjour, ils étaient néanmoins disponibles au cas où nous aurions besoin d’eux. Grâce aux délicates attentions (comme les succulentes confitures) qu’ils ont eues à notre égard, notre séjour déjà parfait est devenu paradisiaque. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir l’année prochaine ! Monique, Michel, encore merci pour la villa, votre accueil et votre amitié.

Alle im Inserat gemachten Angaben sowie die Bilder entsprachen der Wahrheit. Die Räume wirken auf den Bildern etwas großzügiger, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Positiv war für uns v.a., dass das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt sind. Auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Besteck und Küchenmaschinen war überdurchschnittlich. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und diskret zugleich. Toll ist der beheizte Pool, der auch bei weniger heißem Wetter für Erfrischung sorgt. Ein Weber Gasgrill im Garten, der ebenfalls gut gepflegt war, ist ideal für die schnelle Küche am Abend. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und werden bestimmt wieder einmal hinfahren. Das Haus liegt unweit der Schnellstraße nach Cannes, jedoch sehr ruhig. Von dort ist man schnell an der Küste aber auch Ausflüge ins Landesinnere sind nicht sehr weit. Ein perfektes Haus, um auszuspannen.
