The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, a dishwasher and a convenient breakfast bar, while the adjoining dining area features a large table that seats eight, ideal for sharing memorable meals with loved ones.
Downstairs, the master bedroom boasts a queen bed and an ensuite complete with a shower, hip bath, vanity and toilet. The family bathroom, also on this level, has been renovated, offering a new and fresh shower, vanity and toilet. A large laundry area with washing machine and dryer provides direct access to the enclosed backyard and includes an additional shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The private backyard features a well established garden, providing a safe and secluded space for children and pets alike. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms. The queen bedroom offers peace and tranquility with access to a sunny balcony, accompanied by an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. There’s also a comfortable double room and a fun attic-style bedroom with two single beds, which is perfect for the kids!
