We rented both upstairs and downstairs units for 15 people. Property Is centrally located close to French quarters, river front and Bourbon Street. Has gated parking for 4 vehicles. Property was clean, has enough beds for 16 adults, two kitchens and space for group gatherings. Mike is excellent host and communicated key information well in advance clearly.Would recommend.

Location, house, and host was great. A toilet broke at 1am and Mike came over to fix it within 20 minutes. Would 100% book this place again in the future.

We booked this space for 14 ladies celebrating my daughter"s Bachelorette party over a weekend. It was perfect! Lots of space, cute courtyard in the back to enjoy drinks and pictures. Location was excellent, we were able to walk to just about everything. The host was great and super responsive. House was stocked with great amenities- travel size toiletries and tons of towels. 10/10 would recommend!!!
