Fully equipped house, ideally located in the countryside, in the heart of the Dordogne valley.

-DRC; 1 bedroom with a large double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom, 1 independent bathroom with Italian shower, separate WC, 1 American kitchen of 20m² and a large living room of 45m² with a fireplace (wood provided) , 1 utility room (utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine and Senseo, and all necessary kitchen equipment), 1 gym (rower, bicycle, elliptical trainer)
-1st floor; 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds), 1 bathroom, separate WC, 1 games room with a sofa and various children's games (TV with WII console, table football, card games, board games ... )
Private parking for at least 6 cars.

Cénac St-Julien and all the necessary shops at 1km (market on Tuesday morning), Sarlat 8km, Domme 1km, La Roque-Gageac 5km.
The castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes and Marqueyssac are less than 10km away.
Montignac (Lascaux) and Les Eyzies (Cro-magnon) nearby.
The Dordogne flows 2 km from the house, at the foot of the charming village of Cénac, all nautical activities (canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle, fishing, beach, swimming ...) are therefore within reach.

We had a fabulous stay here. The views are amazing. You are close to Cénac which has a supermarket and a lovely bakery. The house has a great pool and BBQ area and also plenty of outside seating and tables. The owner was in contact and his parents were really lovely, they came and cleaned the pool and told us about local markets and things to do. The house worked really well for us as we had a huge age range, but suited us all. Thank you

Fantastic! It is big, beautiful, magnificent views across the Dordogne, and the owners keep it and decorated it with their own style. Lots of stuff in there to keep the children entertained. We loved it, and we will never forget the evenings on the SW-facing terrace, the start of all the balloons every evening (well, and mornings) and afterwards enjoying the sunset. We will come back!

We were a mixed age family come together for a 60th birthday. The house was excellent and had everything we needed.
Our communication with the owner during the week was very good also.

Maison très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée dans un cadre enchanteur. La piscine était la bienvenue et les grands parents, enfants et petits enfants ont pu se rafraichir en fin de journée après les visites de tous ces lieux magnifiques que l'on trouve à visiter aux alentours
