We have just got back from a wonderful stay in Avoriaz. The apartment was small but had great storage and the kitchen was well equipped. Me and my family loved staying there. We shall be back!

This was a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment, perfect for myself and my son. It is really well located with a 1min ski down to 3 ski lifts and 2min walk to shops bars and restaurants. The host Jean-luc was easily contacted and replied asap which was really helpful before setting off on our hols. I must also mention avoriaz location immobilier 1800 (the agency who look after the apartment) they were great, good communicators and extremely helpful especially when I realised I left my passports in the apartment. They took calls after hours and managed to get my passports to me. Thanks guys!

The apartment is located in a very strategic place, close to the center and to a square where there are three chair lifts. Once you the outside door and you are directly on a slope.There is also a closet at level -1 where to put the skis and the boots very useful.The communication with the owner is very easy and efficient, also well organized the check-in/out procedures via the Avoriaz Location agency, who are the referents in place.We could consider this apartment perfect for two people, as our case, but a bit small for four people (23 m2): this has to be taken into consideration during the booking.

This apartment was in a great location. Close walking distance to town centre where the supermarket, pubs, bakeries and restaurants are. The apartment its self is on the small side but has everything you require. There was only 2 of us so we found it fine space wise. Flat was always warm. The view up the valley from the window was fantastic. There is a boot room on the ground floor that had ski in and out access. Communication with the owner was very good and he answered all our queries promptly. We would definitely return here should we find ourselves in Avoriaz again.

Small apartment worked for the 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Double bed had been replaced and was comfortable. Lots of room for hanging out together - other apartments only had one sofa with bunks. It did mean that we all slept in the same room but not a problem. Hope to return for another year. Location was superb! 1 min walk to nearest bar and supermarket. Slope directly outside apartment - ski to door!! Communication was great with the owner and on site representative.

Big thank you !!! Studio is small but got everything what you need. View from room is just amazing special in sunny days which we have all week. Ski locker in basement and slop is just outside the building. Shops and restaurant are only two minutes walk. Good communication with owner all just in perfect order. Avoriaz is beautiful place and we have lovely break with our two kids .

The pretty studio lies on the edge of the centre literally directly at the slopes. To baker's and supermarket are at most two minutes on foot. It is not only furnished pretty but also very practically, so that one has enough room for four people. There is a lot of cupboard space and a wardrobe to hang up clothes and many hooks around for other equipment. The kitchen disposes of all necessary except maybe of a dishwasher, even a Raclette device exists. The beds are comfortable. The bath and the WC are very clean, no mould spots. Especially important for us was that the heating is right directly under a large wall wardrobe, so that our ski clothes could be dried overnight (we ofteb had sleet, so that we were completely soaked). Also in the bath there is a towel-warmer - very pleasant. It is also to be marked that the local caretaker is very helpful and really worries about the well-being of the guests. Conclusion: very recommendable!!
