About this apartment rental

A comfortable ski-in flat located at the foot of the mountains in the picturesque village of Avoriaz (650 KM from the slopes), a resort without cars. Covered and non-covered parking available in two locations. A south-facing balcony features a panoramic view of the mountains. Outdoor activities include down-hill and cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, sledding, children's ski school, and ice skating. Indoor activities include bowling, movie theatres, and a lively après ski scene.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! You are meant to clean the whole property before you leave or you will get charged!. For example make the beds, hover, bins, dishes etc before you leave and if it’s not perfect they will charge you which seems like a complete excuse! They do not explain that YOU are the cleaners for the next people to come and they don’t have any other cleaners that go there! We got charged even though when we got told we had to clean the whole apartment for the next people we did! We cleaned the whole apartment and still got charged. An Absolute disgrace. They will find any excuse to charge you even if there is 1 cup on the side! Even after we showed proof which was a video of the room after we cleaned it she ignored all the messages and took our money.

Myself and a couple friends stayed at Melinda’s place, safe to say our expectations were exceeded! The door is a 30 second ski from 3 lifts and well situated in avoriaz close to shops and bars. One thing to note when you arrive is that it is definitely worth getting a snow taxi to bring your things to the apartment for 14 euro. The walk with all of our things, albeit short in terms of distance, wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend staying here as a family or a small group of friends!
