We were very happy with this apartment, excellent spot, right amongst the restaurants and supermarket outside, great views from the balcony, warm and clean rooms, living room and a bedroom with double bed. Also has bunk bed separately in another corner nook area. Dishwasher is a big bonus. Avoriaz was amazing and so was the apartment. Thank you!

Loved it, perfect for us to enjoy a 4 day getaway for the last of the season snow. Great appartment, brilliant location, good selection of facilities in the kitchen area and a great view to see what’s going on. Patricia was great and super helpful during booking and with all my questions . Would stay here again for sure

Very small "appartement". It is not possible to leave the table (open) and chairs in the room because it make it impossible to walk around. The "apartment" need to be completely renovated. Painting is falling of the walls. Wardrobes are ridiculous and selfmade. One don't close anymore. In a other one the shelf always fall down. Toilet don't flush properly because of homemade plumbing. The apartment is situated on the third floor but you can still hear the noise of the clients leaving the bar underneath.

We stayed here for 4 nights from Boxing Day 2018, communication was great upfront of our stay and conciege came to open up the apartment on the day of arrival. There was a bit of confusion on leaving as we couldn't find the key safe but we messaged the concierge when we left. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 young children (5 & 8), it was a luxury have separate bedrooms for us and even a bath which is very much appreciated after some aches and pains. The Kitchen & cooking facilities where also great, with an induction hob and a combination oven microwave, which cooked our Pizza with no problems. The location is amazing having stayed in Avoriaz twice already,, the supermarket is just outside the apartment, along with the learner slope, Aquariaz, restaurants and tourist office (for your ski passes) Our kids absolutely loved Aquariaz which we went two twice (38 euros for all of us, Ouch), but remember it is shut on Saturdays, so don't promise the kids to go then like we did. We organised private skiing lessons for the kids with ESF instead of ski school as we where only there for a short period, they where great for the kids and gave us a 2 hour slot to tire our legs. My wife I absolutely love Folie Douce in Val'd se and keep going back, we have booked Meribel this year for our trip on our own, just so we can go to Folie Douce, there too. So when we got. to Avoriaz we where very very pleased to find out they had opened one in Avoriaz, just up from where we stayed. Its just next door to the Yeti bar. 3pm it kicks off with great music, atmosphere and is a fantastic way to finish a days skiing/boarding before an extremely easy green back to your apartment. While I've mentioned the Yeti bar, this had great food and even better Crepes, my favourite was caramel, banana & vanilla ice cream WOW !!! Avoriaz was extremely busy this time of year due to the holidays and people travelling up to get the snow, we found it a bit frustrating queuing for 25 min (out of our 2hour alone time away from the kids), this was on 2 lifts which joined the other valleys. I would definitely stay here again, and as mentioned you will need your bedding & towels if you don't want to rent them as extras. Oh and I would bring some Tea bags, a couple of dishwasher tablets and a couple of bin bags to save buying extra stuff. Enjoy, we did............

Small but perfectly formed. We loved the fact that the children had their own bunk beds unlike most accommodation in Avoriaz where children have to sleep in the living room. The place was clean and tidy, check in with the agents was hassle free although we did have to wait an extra 15 minutes to hand over the key when leaving, so allow plenty of time to make your transfers back to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay here (2 adults 1 child). The apartment is in a really superb location to reach any part of Avoriaz, and to rent skis and pick up lift passes. The supermarket is 20 metres away, it is near the sledging area and there are lovely bars and restaurants right below it. You can ski in and out. It also has capacity to dry wet clothes if you have an unlucky/adventurous day on the slopes. It’s not fancy or anything but has everything you need for a nice stay. They also let us do a late check out on our last day, which we really appreciated. The concierge is very responsive. We’d definitely stay again if we came to Avoriaz. (Important to note you need to bring sheets and towels or pay extra for them, and there is no WiFi. These were both fine for us).
