About this apartment rental
The residence is located in the heart of the resort of Avoriaz, opposite the famous "Annie Famose Children's Village", which can accommodate children for half a day or for the whole day.
I speak ONLY French, I don't speak English at all.
I don't have many weeks available, because customers book year after year.
Access is "ski-in/ski-out", no need to "push" to leave and arrive at the apartment.
The residence is in fact a "Maeva" residence called Les Fontaines Blanches.
The majority of owners are individuals who give their home to be managed by Maeva and keep the use of it for one week a year.
We love skiing, and the apartment is ideally located. I rent a few weeks a year to cover the charges.
The apartment is renovated, with all household amenities.
A video projector is installed to play movies, in addition to television. Internet access is free in wifi, to be checked, because there are technical changes in 2026, with PC on site.
In the morning: baker 10 meters from the entrance to the white fountains...

Nice apartment right in the centre on the main street. Well equipped. Small but fine for our family of 3. Balcony looks out over the beautiful mountains. We recommend!

Gilles was a great host! He helped us with a last minute booking and my issues collecting the keys early in the morning.
The apartment is perfectly located, just 10 meters and a lift, from the start of the main street. With skis it is ski in / out (in all of Avoriaz, that is a bit too flat with snowboarding).
The apartment is 'French', so compact and no hook for the hand shower, you now know that in advance :)
If your luggage is in backpacks, you can easily walk from the Avoriaz entrance, possibly using the 'shopping carts'. Otherwise a short horse drawn carriage ride.
The pity of Avoriaz is that there are quite a lot of diesel tracked vehicles, hopefully they will become electric like the snow scooters, because that will make a difference in the sound.
Furthermore, a nice compact town, great!
