Reasonably good location, but still the furthest property within the village.

Was not obvious in the comms that the keys had to be collected from an office in the town - not the residence. Beds were very uncomfortable. Whilst it does allow 5 people to stay, there isn't room to swing a cat (2 adults, 3 children 12/12/10). We found it impossible to cook as you are then technically cooking in your bedroom.
