About this apartment rental
Magnificent 2-room apartment on the 7th floor of the Intrets 1 residence. Very bright and renovated in 2016, this 2-room apartment is composed as follows:
- Entrance with independent WC
- Stairs leading to the living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed (140x190cm). Access to the balcony with magnificent view of the resort and sunsets (west exposure)
- A few stairs lead us to the bedroom consisting of a double bed (140x190cm) and 2 bunk beds (80x180cm)
- Very beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, sink cabinet and mirror
Ski locker on the landing
You will have access to the apartment in its entirety
We are present at the station and available at any time if needed
It is the heart of the Avoriaz station!!
All businesses, restaurants, and supermarkets at the foot of the residence.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort and 100% accessible by ski or sled.
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as beds made upon arrival are included in the housekeeping and laundry package

Super localisation, taille parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes, magnifique vue, très pratique d’avoir une chambre avec 4 couchages et de ne pas être obligés de dormir dans le salon, beaucoup de rangements.

Appartement très bien situé. La résidence est très facile d’accès avec et sans les skis. Tout est a proximité direct de l’appartement. Le balcon offre une belle vue. L’appartement est bien agencé.

Fantastic apartment, so close to the centre of the resort, literally a couple of minutes on skis to the Village des Enfants and bottom of the drag lift. Location could not be better, and on the 7th floor so no real noise from the bars etc below.
The apartment was everything we needed, and has the separate bedroom which is better than a lot of others. Family of four fitted perfectly. Everything was clean and well looked after, little touches like washing up cloths, liquid, bin bags already there was great. Lovely view over the centre of the resort. Modern kitchen, big fridge, comfy sofa and beds, plenty of storage for our clothes etc.
Johann was an excellent host, really good communication before and during our stay, and was there when we arrived fairly late in Avoriaz to welcome us and show us the apartment. He even left us a bottle of Champagne! He also helped us with recommendations and discounts for transfers, ski hire, lessons - all in all we couldn’t have asked for a better host, apartment, location and resort.
We will definitely be returning to Avoriaz and one of Johann’s apartments!
