Two renovated rooms of 29 m2 that can accommodate 4/5 people.

Quiet apartment with balcony, ideally located on the top floor of the residence of pastures 1.
departure and return skis.
Close all shops, crates packages, bakery, nursery, children's village, ski school ...
Rental ski equipment on the ground floor of the residence (preferential rates).

The owner of the property was fantastic at being in touch. Nothing was an issue. The apartment was as it said on the listing and was in a fantastic location.The only thing that let the place down was the managing agent who were useless so i was having to contact owner which is not how it was supposed to work and while he was excellent -that is not the point of a management company.was having to contact owner

The apartment worked really well for a family of four on a ski trip. The location is great, being the centre of the resort. A perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 kids for a week, with comfortable beds all round. The kitchen area is basic and could easily be improved with additional/better equipment, but it sufficed for simple catering and I suspect is typical of this kind of accommodation. The television has a good selection of channels, although it would be better if it had been placed on a hinged wall bracket so it could be cinforyably viewed from both sofas.

First time to Avoriaz with my husband and 2 Children. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was just perfect. Ski school is very very close, and also the ski and boot hire is conveniently located on the ground floor of the apartment block. Secure entry and exit to the apartment block and elevators my key fob. Ski/boot hire lockers also located on the ground floor of the block. All in all a great stay. The kids were so excited to see the snow every day outside on the balcony! The apartment was also nice and warm. Would definitely recommend.

It was our first visit to Avoriaz and our experience was excellent. Everything was so easy for skiing from and to the property and arrival and departure were straightforward. The apartment whilst small, had everything we needed for the week and was warm and cosy. We thought there would have been duvets but in fact it was warm at night so our sheets and the blankets were fine. It was lovely that the apartment had a bath to soak our tired legs! We would highly recommend the resort and the apartment location within Alpages 1.

A good cosy apartment in the middle of avoriaz. Ski in and ski out even for children! The concierge meets you to hand over and collect keys at the block. Very easy to get a luggage cart using 1 euro and walk to the apartment from drop off. Thank you for a lovely stay in your apartment.
